Contains the complete Relic Binding scenario rules used on the Game Special Rules page. It reuses Template:Collapsible section and preserves the existing numbered TOC heading, summary, content, and bottom collapse control.
Edit this template when changing the shared gameplay rules for binding relics or objectives. Avoid placing it more than once on the same rendered page because doing so would duplicate its generated heading and anchor.
