About this template
Creates a permanently open highlighted article section for important information. It uses the established bordered-box appearance but contains no collapsible classes, controls, states, or JavaScript behaviour.
Parameters
toc- exact text for the hidden table-of-contents heading.toc level- optional; defaults to2. Set to3when the box belongs beneath a level-two section.title- visible title displayed inside the box.content- the section's flexible wikitext content.id- optional exact ID for the outer box.
